The Emotional Fitness program is made up of 3 weekly sessions of up to 15 minutes over 12 weeks. There are 3 topics covered over the 12 weeks.
1. Self-management
2. Connecting with others
3. Influence and outcomes of the above
Each learning day (3 times per week), participants will complete a bite-sized activity (maximum 15 minutes) online, with all information to remain confidential.
